❌ No Returns on Food Items

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food, grocery, or perishable items once they have been purchased. This policy is in place to comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.

• All food and grocery products

• Perishable items

• Opened or used products

• Items purchased on sale or promotion

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

• An item that is damaged, or

• An item that is incorrect

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

🚚 Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect delivery information provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control.
